Start by bringing 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot or kettle.
Once the water is boiled, turn off the heat and let it cool for 2-3 minutes.
While the water cools down, place 1 tbsp of Omdhatu Yellow Tea leaves in a tea infuser or strainer.
Place the tea infuser or strainer into a teapot or a heat-resistant glass.
Pour the hot water over the tea leaves, make sure to cover them completely.
Let the tea steep for about 3-4 minutes, or until the desired strength is achieved.
Remove the tea infuser or strainer and set aside the brewed yellow tea.
Next, moving to the saffron syrup
1/4 cup of warm water
1 tbsp rock sugar
Take some warm water in a cup.
Add a few strands of saffron and 1 tbsp rock sugar in it.
Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
Keep it aside till it thickens and forms a syrup-like consistency.
In a glass, add a few ice cubes.
Pour the saffron syrup over the ice.
Now, pour the brewed Omdhatu Yellow Tea over the syrup.
