  • RECOMMENDED DAILY USAGE

    Adult : 4 Vatti per day (2 vatti before Breakfast and 2 Before Dinner)
    Children : 2 Vatti per day

    Store in cool, dark place

    Direction:
    With Luke warm water
    4 tab/vatti per day , preferably half an hour before meal.

    For best results continue Metaball for atleast 3 months along with regular exercise, low fat diet, less sugar
