Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Conditions for Return & Refund

Returns & refunds will only be accepted under the following conditions:
1.  Item received is physically damaged during transit.
2.  Item received is missing parts or components.
3.  Item received is different from what was ordered or displayed on our website.
4.  Item received is defective or does not function properly.

We do not accept returns for reasons related to personal preferences, fragrance dislike or used/opened products due to hygiene & safety concerns.


Important Notes

1.  A refund or return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via email with clear photographs of the product & outer packaging.
2.  The product will undergo internal verifcation by our quality control team before processing any refund or return.
3.  Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 10-12 business days.


 Replacement Policy


Due to the nature of Ayurvedic & personal care products, we do not offer product replacements unless:

-The item delivered is wrong, damaged, or expired.
-You notify us within 48 hours with proof (photo/video).


Replacements are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be initiated.


 Cancellation Policy


1.  Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
2.  No cancellation requests will be entertained after the order has been processed or handed to
the courier partner.
3. For prepaid orders, if cancellation is approved (before dispatch), refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.


 Disclaimer


Om Dhatu Ayurveda reserves the right to reject return/refund/replacement requests if:


-The request is made beyond the return window (48 hours).
-The returned product is used/tampered/without original packaging.
-Customer fails to provide required evidence of damage or issue.

 4. Shipping Policy

 

If A Customer Provides An Incorrect Or Changed Address After The Order Has Been Dispatched, The Customer Will Be Fully Responsible For All Additional Shipping Charges. This Includes Charges For Both Forward Shipping To The Incorrect Address & Return Shipping Back To Us. These Charges Are Determined By The Courier Partner & May Vary Depending On The Parcel Weight, Dimensions, & Delivery Location.

We Strongly Advise Double-Checking The Shipping Address Before Confirming The Order To Avoid Any Inconvenience.

In Case The Package Is Returned Due To An Incorrect Address, Once We Receive The Return Tracking Details & It Is Marked As “In Transit” Back To Us, We Will Proceed To Dispatch Your New Order To The Updated Address Provided.

 

 Order Processing:


-All orders are processed & dispatched within 1–2 working days of order confrmation.
-You will receive tracking details on your registered email & WhatsApp.


 Delivery Timeline:

-Metro Cities: 4–6 working days
-Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 7–9 working days
-Remote Areas: 8–10 working days


 Note: Shipping delays may occur during festivals, national holidays, or idays, or natural disruptions.


 Refusal of Delivery


-Any customer refusing a order without reason may face:
-Temporary or permanent ban from our platform.
-Blacklisting of delivery address & contact number
